Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 2 days from the date of scheduling in order to ensure we have a stylist available to work with you. Appointments can also not be made longer than 2 months from date of scheduling. Bookings can be cancelled online up to one hour before the start time and rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time.
